Step 1: Schedule Your Kickoff Call

Please select a time on our calendar that works best for you. During this 30-minute Zoom call, we will map out your campaign strategy, discuss your design preferences, and gather the assets we need to start building.

Step 2: Prepare for your Call

To make our time together as productive as possible, please have the following items ready (or at least be ready to discuss them):

  • Your Logo & Branding: High-quality files of your logo and any specific brand colors you use.
  • Your Best Images: Photos of you, your team, your product, or your completed projects. (Don't have any? No worries, we have a library of premium stock assets).
  • Your Offer: What is the specific "hook" for this campaign? (e.g., Free Consultation, 10% Off, Downloadable Guide).
  • Social Media Handles: Links to your Facebook and Instagram pages so we can link them correctly.

Step 3: What Happens After the Call?

Once we wrap up our strategy session, our team goes to work immediately:

  1. The Build (Days 1-4): Our copywriters and designers create your BuzzPage and ad creatives.
  2. The Review (Day 5): You receive a link to review the first draft.
  3. The Launch (Day 7): Once you give us the thumbs up, we flip the switch and go live!
